If a former employee violates the non-compete agreement, EAGLE RIDE/TAXI LAS AGUILAS may ask a court (COURT) to issue orders ordering them to stop violating the order. They can also make the ex-employee pay a fine of $5000.00 dll in compensation for violating the non-compete agreement plus the ex-employee will bear legal expenses and accepts that he committed theft by giving her personal number. if he steals, he illegally takes customers and harms business operations.
